Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Agreement
All vehicle rentals are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the rental agreement signed at the time of pickup. The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking or pickup. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PromptPay. A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
3. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period. Vehicles may not be taken outside of Thailand without prior written consent.
4. Insurance
All vehicles come with third-party liability insurance. Additional comprehensive coverage is available. The renter is responsible for the insurance excess amount in case of damage or accident.
